“Tommy Burda provided excellent service as Senior Project Manager on multiple renovation and addition projects at City Schools of Decatur including Decatur High School, Winnona Park Elementary and Clairemont Elementary. Additional work included major maintenance projects at Decatur High Schools and Winnona Park Elementary. I worked with Tommy as a construction consultant to the owner from April 2004 to April 2006, then as Director of Facilities for the owner during the summer of 2007 during a fast track science lab renovation at Decatur High School. The Decatur High School science lab renovation is the prime example of Tommy's commitment to owner goals and ability to facilitate progress under difficult circumstances. Under Tommy's direction, Ra-Lin & Associates led a design/build team on a comprehensive renovation of 6,200 square feet of labs, completing the work on time and under budget during a brief ten week summer break.
